In a startling incident last autumn, documents purporting to real news reveal the FBI was present in Los Angeles when an armed individual, posing as a U.S. marshal, allegedly attempted to approach Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an independent presidential candidate. These documents were obtained via a public records request put forth by the LAPD.

Adding intrigue to this breaking news story is that indications appear suggesting law enforcement officials weren’t pleased with how the local prosecutor charged this case as a misdemeanor – triggering one detective’s seemingly sarcastic comment, “You gotta love California.”

Despite these unfolding events and further instances involving an unwelcomed visitor at Kennedy’s residence, requests for Secret Service protection for Kennedy have been turned down by the current administration.

The documentation notes that “Security at the event did not recognize him as being part of the security detail. LAPD was called, and the suspect was detained… FBI was also at the scene.” Yet and oddly enough, when asked about their presence at this occasion by various trusted news outlets such as ourselves, no response from the FBI has been forthcoming as yet.

Kentucky descendant Robert F Kennedy Jr.’s situation came into sharper focus during a Hispanic Heritage Month campaign event on September 15th at Wilshire Ebell Theatre. Here police detained Adrian Aispuro; he was accused of masquerading as a federal agent while bearing arms and falsely attesting he was part of Kennedy’s security detail.

Further examination revealed that on Sept. 20th, LAPD Detective Marc Madero relayed: “The case was referred to the city attorney for misdemeanor consideration,” subsequently learning that Aispuro’s bail (originally $35k) had been reduced to $10k.

Attempts have been made to underscore these events’ seriousness by bringing to mind that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s father (Ag Robert F. Kennedy) and his uncle President John F. Kennedy were both victims of assassination in ’63 and ’68 respectively.

Aispuro, when faced with California’s legal system, was charged with carrying a loaded firearm and unlawfully impersonating an officer. Still, the federal charge of impersonating a federal agent remains noticeably absent from Aispuro’s list of accusations.

2024 presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr.’s attempt to highlight his safety concerns publicly expressed that “You can’t have a functioning democracy when candidates aren’t safe,” prompting him to petition for Secret Service protection.

Ironically, ignoring these appeals, the Security Secretary affirmed that Secret Service protection isn’t warranted for Kennedy at the time. Housing the Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security remained silent when asked why this request was not granted.

Discussing this event further, Mike Howell from Heritage Oversight Project highlighted: “If anyone is right to be afraid of political violence and the federal government in this country, it’s Robert F Kennedy Jr.” Emphasizing this from our Christian worldview standpoint: Howell insists that Kennedy deserves protection.
