A male sex offender, claiming to be a woman and accommodated in a women’s prison, has been accused of sexually harassing female inmates. Christopher Williams, 34 years old and identifying as a transgender woman without an known female alias, was transferred to a women’s correctional facility where harassment towards the women began to unfold.

Mozzy Clark-Sanchez who cohabitated with Williams reportedly lodged accusations via the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) report against him in 2022. Both Clark-Sanchez and Williams are currently accommodated at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW). It is worth noting that Clark-Sanchez is a survivor of child molestation trauma causing Williams’ behavior to trigger distressing memories.

The alleged harassment began when he shared living quarters with Clark-Sanchez during the course of the pandemic. According to her testimony, unsettling encounters correlated directly to Williams occurred repeatedly. There were instances where she had been startled awake only to find his hand under her blankets touching her inappropriately. To make matters worse, inappropriate paraphernalia like strap-on dildos were brought into the cell by Williams and disturbing comments such as “All these girls want this, I don’t know why you don’t” were casually thrown towards her.

Moreover, on few occasions she woke up finding her clothing disordered believing William manipulation while she was asleep due to heavy medication intake administered for her night terrors that stem from past traumatic experiences – She was sold by her mother for drugs payments and suffered rape by an uncle during childhood years.

It should be noted that William isn’t the only male inmate allowed into WCCW. The organization National Review reported other instances of similar nature wherein accused men were found behaving indecently toward showering women who also believed their privacy had been violated.

At least 11 men proclaiming themselves as women are allegedly housed at WCCW. Despite clearly stipulated prison policy indicating stringent procedures for approving men for women’s prisons, these rules appear circumvented simply by individuals self-identifying as women without needing proof of surgery, hormone treatments or transition attempts.

Subsequent to Clark-Sanchez’s PREA report against Williams being validated, proper measures have finally been taken. He was relocated to a separate room isolating him from other inmates. An alarming discovery followed, upon their removal a bag containing several homemade sexual devices belonging to Williams was found.

Williams criminal records stretch back to when he was just 16 and convicted of sexually assaulting his then nine-year-old sibling which his father states started when she was only six years old. After failing to register as a sex offender leading to convictions in 2009/2010 Williams is now facing 28 years of institutionalization for domestic violence perpetrated against an ex-girlfriend in 2012 where he severely assaulted a correctional officer requiring him extensive surgical interventions.

After later proclaiming himself as female he got transferred into WCCW from the male Correctional past institution further securing his notoriety with consistent aggravates allegations and perpetual harassment claims.
