Celebrated retired NFL quarterback Philip Rivers and his wife have recently been blessed with a miracle of life, for the tenth time! The 8-time pro-bowl pick and his wife Tiffany celebrated the arrival of their tenth bundle of joy, a son they named Andrew Joseph Rivers.

Philip Rivers is jubilant, praising his wife Tiffany for her unwavering strength. He remarks with joy that each child’s birth, whether it’s the first or the tenth, is an indelible miracle. The entire family is now safely at home and in good health.

Philip himself hails from a family rooted in Catholicism — both his parents originate from large families. Continuing this tradition of big families, he humorously likened welcoming their tenth child to deciding on moving up to double digits! Although he admits the ultimate decision was out of human hands—the divine had clearly intended it.

In recent times following his retirement from NFL in 2021, Philip has seamlessly transitioned into being a high school football coach — a path tread by his father before him. One of Philip’s sons, Gunner, currently attends St. Michael Catholic High where Philip coaches, interestingly enough Gunner holds down the starting QB position despite merely being a freshman!

Exhibiting perfect timing, Baby Andrew chose to arrive during the team’s off week. Amused by this surprisingly timed event,Rivers recollects when he received news about ongoing labor while still at work and expresses gratitude that everything turned out fine and no games were compromised as he rushed over to join Tiffany.

He is deeply entertained by coaching at high school level revealing he doesn’t plan to shift upwards any time soon because there isn’t anything else that makes him happier than coaching ‘his boys’ plus other enthusiastic teens.

Recounting memories of his NFL days—a dream since childhood—he acknowledges God for making this possible during his retirement speech which never missed mentioning faith heavily centered around Christian worldview.

Throughout his NFL career, Rivers was undeterred in displaying his deeply ingrained faith which he nurtured even more while in college, resulting in him subsequently taking ownership of it. He attributes the thriving of their marital relationship to this faith with Jesus positioned as its foundation.

Rivers hopes that his life-long demonstration of such devout adherence to faith would be a source of inspiration for others and their walk with Jesus.
