In a heated dispute centered around the inclusion of biological males in women’s sports, Mid Vermont Christian School, a religious educational institution based in Vermont, finds itself embroiled in legal proceedings yet again.

In the previous year, this Christian school contested that the Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA) – the ruling body for high school sports encompassing approximately 300 public and private secondary schools within Vermont – as well as state officials were guilty of religious discrimination. This polarizing accusation was precipitated by the fact that the school was ejected from the state sports league due to their refusal to contend with a biological male in girls’ basketball.
