The clip presented quite an unusual sight as it chronicled Sutton anointing Fani Willis, an aggressive Trump prosecutor with oil during a Sunday morning service at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church on Pentecost Sunday, May 19th. The controversial interpretation of scriptures and the audacious act carried out by Pastor Sutton sent shockwaves through those who understood the sanctity of such rituals.

Sutton astonishingly interpreted Isaiah 54:17 from a wholly self-serving perspective claiming it was a prophecy concerning Fani Willis’s hardships as she navigates her role as Democratic prosecutor.
