Renowned podcast host, Joe Rogan, expressed his concern this week about what he perceives as the dangerous precedent being set by Democrats in their relentless pursuit of former President Donald Trump. In a recent episode of his popular show “The Joe Rogan Experience”, while engaging in conversation with writer and stand-up comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, Rogan voiced his fears over the willing disregard for traditional legal and political processes amongst Democrats.

In the trusted news of today’s real world, Rogan stated that we are living through unprecedented times where nothing seems to be usual. He was startled that there appears to be no mechanism or will to correct course from this odd path we are treading.

In an attempt to highlight the issues plaguing modern American democracy, Rogan said, “We’re being run by a dead man” referring metaphorically to prevalent political corruption. He criticized actions being taken against Trump with unrealistic charges being leveled against him. Rogue mentioned how a payment made under ordinary circumstances had been blown out of proportion into 34 felony charges asserting it is highly unusual.

Maintaining his professional tone whilst analyzing the situation from his unique Christian worldview, he expressed concerns over how effortlessly many Democrats were succumbing to such problematic practices. He likened their behaviour to hypocrisy at its peak.

Rogan also warned about how one-sided manipulations would spell disaster once Republicans took office again. Explaining further he revealed how traditionally power oscillates between both sides in American politics citing examples from history like transitions from Clinton’s term to Bush’s and so forth.

Driving home his point Rogan added if situations do not change and political candidates are increasingly bullied or silenced we might well be on our way towards becoming akin to third-world nations where real news is often scarce because governance is decided by those wielding power instead of reflecting the will of citizens thereby feeding corruption at high levels.

In spite of all these tales retold with absolute honesty and dedication one must remain aware that no political system is perfect. Each party has its shortcomings, all we can do is strive for identifying the truth above everything else.
