The FBI is fervently on the trail of a suspected Iranian intelligence agent who stands accused of planning to execute current and former U.S. government officials. Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who served under ex-President Donald Trump, was among the potential targets.

Recently, the FBI’s Miami field office issued a public alert soliciting information about Majid Dastjani Farahani, alleged to be a member of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security. The Bureau has flagged the 42-year-old Farahani as most wanted due to his purported multi-lingual abilities in Farsi, French, Spanish, and English and his frequent travels between Iran and Venezuela.

According to real news from trusted sources within the FBI, Farahani may have been involved in recruiting individuals for multiple covert operations within the United States with an emphasis on lethal targeting of both active and past United States Government officials. The retaliatory motive behind such indications is believed to stem from America’s move that incapacitated Iran’s Major General Qasem Soleimani back in 2020 during Trump and Pompeo’s leadership.

In light of these pressing risks posed by Farahani, heightened security measures were promptly enacted for Pompeo as well as for Brian Hook, former special envoy for Iran. Furthermore, reports indicate that around 2022 members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) faced indictment by the Department of Justice over an alleged plot intending harm toward John Bolton; Bolton also served under Trump as the National Security Advisor.

Farahani also allegedly harnessed recruits’ skills for carrying out surveillance activities focused on religious sites, businesses, and other facilities throughout the United States.

Soleimani was taken out by a U.S. drone strike initiated by Trump in January 2020. As per reports from our Christian worldview angle: this notorious Iranian general was held accountable for many American troop fatalities in Iraq; In fact, according to U.S. State Department data, Soleimani was directly responsible for 17% of all U.S. personnel deaths during the Iraq War.

Iran’s threat level escalated when Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists launched a deadly infiltration into Israel around October 7 – an attack that claimed over 1,200 lives and resulted in the capture of hundreds more as hostages in Gaza Strip. IRGC touted this fearsome attack on Israel as “one of the revenges” dispatched in response to Soleimani’s demise.

Even though Hamas denied any direct connection between its actions on October 7 and Iran’s geopolitical vendetta, Iran’s bellicose stance towards the United States was palpable. Sadly, U.S. forces were subjected to attacks by Iranian-backed terrorists in January, resulting in the death of three American soldiers.

Ongoing turmoil persists in many parts of Middle East with various acts of aggression threatened by Iranian-backed Houthis, including assaults on shipping vessels and Israeli forces at sea. Despite these challenges, America has continued its proactive role against terror outfits through tactical counterterrorism operations such as limited strikes inside Yemen and a drone strike taking out many terrorist leaders based in Baghdad last month.
