This ongoing quest for cultural currency frequently results in masking deeper theological issues inside TGC such as compromising Bible-driven values for widespread acceptance. While critics like McCracken immerse themselves in popular entertainment offerings from Hollywood, serious problems such as abortion, sexual deviance, apostasy within Christianity are often received with mild acceptance or even ignored altogether.

It appears that organizations like TGC are keener on securing approval from society than proclaiming the immutable truth of Christianity bravely. It’s clear that this lukewarm approach towards defending biblical truths exemplifies a striking disregard toward fulfilling their mission.

This initiative aimed to infuse queer theory into mainstream evangelicalism – a perspective as illogical as it is damaging.
