New revelations suggest that hundreds of taxpayer dollars were spent by the Air Force for hosting a “drag bingo” and a “glow party,” going by internal documents secured by Judicial Watch. According to these papers, the 423rd Support Squadron at RAF Alconbury Air Base in England contracted a drag queen, “Miss Lexi Andrews,” for these events held on June 23 and 24 of 2022 respectively. The obtained invoice showed that the bingo function cost $150 while the glow event ran up a bill of $250 for the Air Force.

These revelations have emerged from investigative efforts undertaken by CatholicVote Civil Action and Judicial Watch into allegations concerning the Air Force’s promotion of drag queens. Such promotions previously drew attention around two years back when an American air base located in Germany planned to hold a drag queen-oriented reading hour primarily for children. However, this initiative was eventually called off after it sparked widespread public protest.

Expressing his displeasure at these findings, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch questioned the appropriateness of allocating limited defense funds towards promoting sexually themed events rather than focusing on military advancement. He expressed deep concern over the detrimental influence that woke ideology could have on our nation’s military.

Understood as being an internationally performing drag queen and author based out of Washington D.C., Miss Lexi Andrews’ hiring was first reported by The Daily Caller according to her social media profile.

The Defense Department dispatched additional documentation to Judicial Watch, showing promotional content for similar themed events hosted at U.S Military bases such as a story reading hour conducted at Ramstein in Germany featuring their local Drag King “Sauvage.” The readings included titles such as “The HIPS on the DRAG QUEEN Go Swish, Swish, Swish.”

Other relevant promotions showcased another gathering arranged by Germany’s 86th Force Support Squadron named “Drag Karaoke” which occurred at Club E with Monarchy of RoyalTEA’s special guest present for the attendees aged 18 and over.

The recent increase in such events led to severe condemnation from CatholicVote Senior Advisor Tim Huelskamp, who criticized what he perceived as a clear prioritization by the Department of Defense of radical leftist ideology over military readiness and national security. He expressed concern that taxpayers’ funds were being used to endorse drag shows and promote radical gender ideology across military bases with apparent support from Air Force leadership, after an entire year of what he termed as departmental stonewalling.
