While diversity, equity, and inclusion represent principles widely embraced by many institutions globally – including corporations and academic bodies – implementing them within churches continues to stir up considerable debates, calling for discerning minds who can navigate through the complexity of contemporary society without compromising deeply entrenched Christian values and beliefs.
