Steve Lawson, a popular Texas preacher reputed for his firebrand sermons and regular gatherings with John MacArthur, has been withdrawn from ministerial duties due to an alleged “inappropriate relationship” with an unidentified woman. Lawson, aged 73, was the primary clergyman at the Trinity Bible Church of Dallas and held the president position at OnePassion Ministries. The church’s statement about this situation states that he had informed their group of elders about the said relationship.
