A Tennessee-based individual facing allegations of cyberstalking, who is a transgender person, has been released by a federal judge despite threatening statements directed towards a Christian school. McKenzie McClure, also known as Kalvin McClure, alarmed Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA) in Nashville with a concerning communication earlier this year.

The call was made just days before the anniversary of the Covenant School shooting, where a transgender woman was responsible for the death of six individuals. Among these victims were three young children from grade four.

McClure, formerly an attendee of CPA , left an unnerving voice message for the institution. In this audio recording, she made references to a Marvel film where one character revenges against his abusive headmaster at his childhood orphanage. This worrying message led both CPA and neighboring Currey Ingram Academy to shut down temporarily. Consequently, McClure was apprehended by federal representatives within weeks on charges related to cyberstalking.

Evidence uncovered from security camera footage shows that just ahead of her arrest, McClure may have trespassed onto campus property while performing inappropriate acts.

After undergoing treatment in Pasadena Villa – an East Tennessee mental health facility – reports from professionals confirm that McClure is regularly taking prescribed medication and has shown signs of remorse, leading to her discharge from federal holdings by U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Chip Frensley.

However, parents familiar with CPA expressed concern about this decision as they believe there might still be potential risk if McClure chooses to act out again. As per recently issued court orders, she will continue receiving medical attention outside hospitalization while residing with her parents.

In addition to the recent incident involving alleged threats towards CPA and other schools in the vicinity Mcclure has previously raised eyebrows due to alarming online posts suggesting possible threats or intimidating comments targeted towards others which included references to Bill Lee’s wife referring ominously “his WIFE” and another tweet embracing her queer identity sternly advising individuals to adapt ot her identity.
