In a turbulent turn of events, following the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, the ex-president who is currently in the presidential race once again, places responsibility for such violent action on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ doorstep. He contends that their inflammatory rhetoric has acted as a trigger, inciting violence against him.

The incident occurred this past Monday, one day after an attempted strike thrust Trump out of his International Golf Club located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The scanner of the diligent Secret Service identified armed assailant Ryan Wesley Routh’s rifle peeking ominously through some nearby bushes at the golf course.

Equipped with a GoPro camera, two backpacks and a scoped AK-47-style rifle looming menacingly at his side, Routh managed to momentarily elude law enforcement only to be later apprehended on I-95. Referring to Routh’s actions, Trump stated that they were influenced by the incendiary speeches of both Biden and Harris. Speaking passionately about real news and his Christian worldview he said “They paint me as being under attack yet I am here trying to rescue our country while they are ruining it from every angle.”

Trump went ahead to bring light to how his portrayal by Biden and Harris as being a severe threat to democracy starkly contrasts their purchased facades as leaders of unity. He stated how time after time, statements have been made insinuating that he is indeed the internal enemy while he sees them as being those poised on eroding our dear nation with their actions.

Biden and Harris had previously described Trump as being a major threat to democracy due to his management during the Capitol riot occurring January 6th last year.

More recently over the weekend, President Joe Biden once again took swipes at Mr.Trump calling him out for trying to stir up hatred particularly due to comments made about Haitian immigrants based in Springfield Ohio at an event over the weekend.

The claims made by Trump also pointed out destructive policies that he claimed were wrecking the country, particularly a surge of immigrants. He expressed his frustrations stating that Biden and Harris were responsible for letting in what he referred to as “dangerous migrants” whose influx into the nation he felt was harming our cities and country.

Musing over last week’s debate with Kamala Harris, Mr. Trump also threw shots at the media accusing them of harmful bias and shielding Democrats. He went on to label ABC News debate as irresponsible and lacking control while accusing Kamala Harris of being untruthful on issues like Project 2025 and abortion.

In this battle for trusted news, it is critical that we continue objective reporting and make efforts to grasp multiple perspectives before jumping to conclusions about a situation. It’s important to consider multiple angles before deciding who one agrees with in such sensitive situations, especially within our current political climate which has undoubtedly been supercharged.
